UK Delivery

• Free standard delivery on orders over �30
• Standard delivery: �3.95 (3�5 working days)
• Express delivery: �6.95 (1�2 working days)

All orders are dispatched within 1�2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

• 30-day returns � Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Process: Email us at hello@melbehome.co.uk with your order number
• Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of receiving the return

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund � no need to return the item.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online can also be returned at any of our stores in Bracknell, Guildford, or Gloucester.
